Benita Levy is a Chicago-based financial services professional. She is currently a managing director with Mesirow Financial.
Previously, she was the co-head of the Chicago office for MF Global Holdings Ltd. She was named to the position in June of 2011. Levy shared responsibilities for managing MF Global's Chicago office with John Brady, who was also promoted in June of 2011 to co-head of the office.
Prior to joining MF Global, Levy was a senior vice president at FTN Financial Capital Markets. She started her career at Salomon Brothers in 1986, where she eventually became a managing director and head of institutional fixed income and structured product sales for the Midwest region of Citigroup/Salomon Brothers.
