Margaret Tutwiler is an executive vice president of communications and government relations for CIT. Previously, Tutwiler was head of global communications and public affairs for Merrill Lynch.[1]

Background

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, Tutwiler was the head of global communications and government relations for the NYSE Euronext.

She also served as the U.S. Undersecretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs from 2003- 2004. Tutwiler also served as the U.S. Ambassador to the Kingdom of Morocco and as Assistant to the President and special advisor for communications at the White House from January to June of 2001. [2]
