Before taking on his current role, Brink served as chief financial officer of Franco-Nevada Corporation. He joined Franco-Nevada Capital in 2006 as director of corporate development.
Before joining Franco-Nevada, he served as chief financial officer of NRX Global Inc., where he handled its initial public offering. Prior to joining NRX Global, Brink served for four years as vice-president of investment banking with BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc. on resource mergers and acquisitions and equity capital market transactions.
Brink holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Witwatersrand and a master’s degree in management studies from Oxford University.
