Reynolds has focused on credit trading and fixed income trading systems throughout his career. He played a role in the development of Deutsche Bank's Autobahn platform and Bloomberg firm pricing at UBS. He also introduced a fixed income trading platform at Amias Berman that allowed the buy-side to put firm bids and offers on Bloomberg ALLQ. Reynolds said the idea for new electronic bond platform in Bondcube is its "all-to-all" structure, which allows a buyer and seller for a same security be able to locate and identify each other on the system and negotiate a trade without other participants seeing the activity.
Prior to his venture in Bondcube, Reynolds was a director of credit trading at Citi. Before that he was a partner at boutique investment bank Amias Berman from 2009 to 2011. Reynolds also worked as an executive director at UBS from 2003 to 2008, and earlier as a director with Deutsche Bank and Hambro Bank.
Reynolds holds a degree from Bradfield College.
