Christman joined NFA right out of college in 1982, working as a registration assistant. She rose steadily with promotions in 1983, 1984, 1988, 1990 and 2004. In 2013 she was promoted to director with responsibility for overseeing the registration process, NFA's Information Center, and the department's Business Systems Group. The board of directors appointed Yvette as vice president of registration, effective July 1, 2014.
Yvette holds a B.S. degree in Business from Illinois State University.
