James F. Lubin is senior managing director of CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE). He leads CFE’s strategic direction and is based in New York City. [1]

Lubin is a financial services executive with more than 25 years' experience in senior firm management, business development and relationship management positions. Before joining CFE in 2011, he was engaged as a business development consultant with the exchange.[2] In that capacity, he developed new business relationships with hedge fund and commodity trading advisors which have contributed to an increase in futures transactional volume at the exchange. He has educated and collaborated with investment managers on strategic trading opportunities involving CBOE futures products and worked on the development of new products for the CFE.
