Adam Eades
Adam Eades is the president of Cboe Europe B.V., overseeing Cboe Europe's subsidiary based in Amsterdam.[1] Also head of regulatory and legal affairs for Cboe Europe, he was named to the position of president in March 2019. Eades was initially hired by Bats Europe in November 2011, based in London.[2][3] Background[edit]Eades was general counsel for Henderson Global Investors until April 2011.[4] Prior to that, he worked for NYSE Euronext as European head of legal, responsible for regulatory issues related to the company's global derivatives business, NYSE Liffe. He was with Euronext from 2002 to 2007 as group head of legal, and with LIFFE for six years as director of market supervision and investigations, and later general counsel and company secretary. Early in his career, Eades was a finance officer for Yorkshire Bank plc. He also worked for companies Turner Kenneth Brown and IMRO. Education[edit]
