Adam White is the chief operating officer of ICE's cryptocurrency venture, Bakkt. Bakkt's CEO, Kelly Loeffler announced in a blog post on October 15, 2018, that White had left Coinbase to join Bakkt.[1] After serving for a year as general manager at Coinbase's Global Digital Asset Exchange (GDAX), and three earlier years as head of product development at Coinbase, White was named chief operating officer for GDAX on January 24, 2017.[2] Prior to Coinbase, White worked at Activision Blizzard and Bain. White also served as a flight test engineer with the U.S. Air Force.
