Amit Muni is the principal accounting officer of International Securities Exchange (ISE) and ISE Holdings.
Background[edit]
He joined ISE in July 2003 from Instinet Group Inc., where he was vice president in their finance division. While at Instinet, Muni served on a team primarily responsible for their initial public offering. Prior he was a manager in the capital markets practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he provided audit and business advisory services to broker-dealers. Muni also served in the accounting and internal audit departments of the National Securities Clearing Corp.

Muni is a certified public accountant (CPA) and a graduate of Pace University.
