Background[edit]
MacKay joined the firm in March 1999 as legal counsel and then served as secretary until 2007. Prior to IG, MacKay worked for LIFFE as market investigations manager.
Education[edit]
MacKay has a masters in history from St. Andrews University and completed the Law Society Finals examination at the College of Law in London. He qualifited as a lawyer with Linklaters, where he worked for seven years in the litigation and financial services practices. [2]
