Anthony Da Costa is the chief operating officer for STOXX Limited. He was named to the position in August of 2012.[1] He reports to STOXX chief executive Hartmut Graf and is based in Zurich.
Da Costa has spent upwards of 15 years in brokerage, building and supporting new electronic trading and clearing platforms for more than 80 exchanges globally.

Da Costa was previously director of service delivery at FTSE. He also served as chief of technology at Fortis and global head of electronic trading and market data services at Newedge.[2]
