Arthur F. Bell Jr. is the managing member of Arthur Bell Certified Public Accountants, a firm he founded in 1974. [1] Bell also is long-time member of the Managed Funds Association,[2] and has served on its board of directors. He has been a director, treasurer and member of the MFA Executive Committee at various times since 1994.

Bell has been a managing member of the firm since 1974. In addition to his MFA activity, Bell was a member of the CFTC Global Market Advisory Committee. He also is a member of the Futures Industry Association Editorial Advisory Board, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the London-based Pension Research Accounting Group and Alternative Investment Management Association.

Bell is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University and is licensed in Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey and New York.
