Carolyn Mitchell is a vice president at OCC for business development and corporate strategy. Previously, she was first vice president of Internet services, investor services and procurement. She joined OCC in 1999.[1][2]
Background[edit]
Before joining the OCC, Mitchell was vice president at the Chicago Board Options Exchange from 1994 to 1999. In that role she was responsible for building the CBOE website and investor help desk department.
Also, Mitchell was vice president of customer operations at Prime Cable from 1991 to 1994. She also held positions at Ameritech and Hartmarx.

Mitchell holds an masters of business administration from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a bachelor of arts from Loyola University of Chicago. She completed the Securities Industry Association's Securities Industries Institute at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
