Chad R. Pike is Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of the Real Estate Group for The Blackstone Group. He is based in London and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the group’s investment activities and personnel in Europe and Asia. He also serves on the firm’s Executive Committee[1].
Background[edit]
Previously, Chad Pike was with the Morgan Stanley Real Estate Fund, where he was involved in the purchase of non-performing loan portfolios and real estate operating companies.
Since joining The Blackstone Group in 1995, Pike has led BREP’s acquisition of over $15 billion of assets in the United States, Europe, and Asia. Significant purchases include the Deutsche Bank Portfolio, WCM Residential Portfolio, Center Parcs, and NHP/Southern Cross.
He is also a Board Member of the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation and the North Atlantic Salmon Fund.

Mr. Pike received a BA in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with honors.
