Dan Busby Occupation Senior Vice President and Head of Operations Employer OCC Dan Busby is senior vice president and head of operations at OCC, the world's largest equity derivatives clearing organization. He is responsible for OCC's day-to-day clearance and settlement functions and oversees the National Operations, Corporate Actions, Member Services, Collateral Services, and the Technical Certification Services business units. Background He was previously first vice president of operations. Before that, Busby held the roles of vice president of member services and vice president of internet and investor services. He joined OCC in 1999 as director of internet and investor services. He is a member of OCC's Operations Roundtable, and he represents OCC on the SIFMA Listed Options Committee. Education Busby graduated with a B.S. from Fairfield University and a M.B.A. from Loyola University.
