Diane Côté
Diane Fabienne Marie Côté is a risk management professional who formerly served as the chief risk officer of the London Stock Exchange Group. She was appointed to that role and joined the executive team on June 1, 2013.[1][2][3][4] She also serves as a non-executive director and member of the audit committee for Société Générale.[5] Background[edit]Côté is a strong supporter of gender diversity in the workplace and she was one of the founders of the London Stock Exchange Group's Women Inspired Network, for which LSEG won a 2016 Women of the Future award.[6][7][8] Côté was named one of the 100 most influential women in finance in 2017 by London’s Financial News.[9] Before assuming the role of chief risk officer of the London Stock Exchange Group in 2012, Côté was head of risk and audit at the exchange group. She was a non-executive director and ARC chairman for Novae Syndicates Limited from 2015 to 2018. Côté has also served as the chief finance operations officer for Aviva plc and the chief audit officer for Aviva. She spent 10 years with Standard Life, ending as group audit director.
