Ellen M. Warwick is the enforcement compliance director at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. She was named to the position in September of 2012. [1] She reports to Daniel P. Stipano, the OCC's deputy chief counsel.

Background[edit]

Warwick served as an assistant director for enforcement and compliance at the OCC from July 2011 until September of 2012. Previous to that, she was an assistant director for the litigation division and served as special counsel and then senior counsel in the OCC's administrative and internal law division.

From 1990 to 1995, Warwick was a trial attorney with the civil division in the commercial litigation branch at the Justice Department.

Warwick was also once in private practice as a litigation attorney and served as a prosecutor in the Essex District Attorney's Office of Massachusetts.

Education[edit]

She holds a juris doctor from the New England School of Law, a bachelor’s in Economics and Political Science from Boston College, and an LL.M. in Taxation from Boston University School of Law.[2]
