Howard Davies |
Sir Howard Davies currently chairman of insurance business Phoenix and heads the UK government-appointed Airports Commission. He is also the former head of the UK's Financial Services Authority.
Davies is set to become the next chairman of Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) on August 31, 2015 when the current chairman Sir Philip Hampton steps down to join GlaxoSmithKline.[1] [2]
