Jeff Waters is a principal at Eldorado Trading.[1] He joined the firm in 1999.
Background[edit]
Waters began his career in 1995 in the derivatives markets as a clerk in the Eurodollar and LIBOR pits at the CME. He began trading for himself in 1996 and became one of the CME's first traders to utilize Globex.[2]

Waters graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor's of Arts in Economics in 1994.
