Jerald David
Jerald David is a the president of Arca, an asset management company. Before Arca, David served as COO of EverMarkets, a crypto platform, for 2 years. He also was COO of T-Rex Group, which was a platform for providing valuation, risk analytics and structuring tools. Background[edit]Previously, he was the chief business development officer of OptionsCity Software from Sept. 12, 2012 to May of 2014. He led the sales and business development teams to expand OptionsCity’s customer base and distribution network and ran the New York office. He was also responsible for the strategic direction and global expansion of the company. [1] Before OptionsCity he was managing director and chief administrative officer of Green Exchange Holdings LLC.[2] Before joining GreenX, David served as a director or member of the management team at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME), New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX), and Dubai Mercantile Exchange (DME).[3] While at the DME, he served as the chief marketing officer and helped establish the initial framework of the Dubai exchange from setup to launch, playing a leading role in generating volumes and building an international customer base. David was an officer and vice president at NYMEX and was responsible for overseeing the creation of the DME and was part of a team that was responsible for the development and marketing of NYMEX ClearPort Clearing. He has served as the director of alliance and venture management at the CME and was directly responsible for the CME's investment in the GreenX. He has also previously worked for the Atlanta Gas Light Company and Purcell Industries.
