Katie Hanley is president of the introducing brokers division at R.J. O'Brien. She was named to the post in May 2011.[1] She succeeded Mary Ellen Scanlin, who was promoted to executive vice president, corporate development at the same time.
Hanley has spent her entire career with the firm, joining RJO in 1997.
Background[edit]
Hanley began her career at RJO in 1997 as a margin clerk and quickly moved up to an institutional customer service representative. In 2001, she joined the marketing department of the introducing brokers division.

Hanley attended DePaul University in Chicago.
