Mark Makepeace Occupation Non-Executive Chairman, Information Services Division Employer FTSE Russell Mark Makepeace is the founder and former CEO of FTSE. He is also a former non-executive chairman of the London Stock Exchange Group. He stepped down from his role as director of FTSE Russell's Information Services Division in July 2019, succeeded by Waqas Samad.
