Mark Palchak
Mark Palchak is CEO of V3 Markets. Previously, he served as president and CEO of Infinium Capital Management, a Chicago-based proprietary trading firm with offices in New York and London.[1] He was named to the position in July 2013 in the midst of a management shake-up that included the departure of co-founder and chairman Charles Whitman and the return of co-founder George Hanley, who had previously retired from the firm.[2] Background[edit]Palchak joined Infinium as an equity index trader in 2005. He held several positions at the firm, including chief operating officer and head of event trading, before being named president and CEO in July 2013. Palchak began his career as a software engineer for Lexis Nexis. Palchak is on the board of directors of the Amandla Charter School, which serves students on Chicago's Southside.[3] He is also a member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs' Emerging Leaders Class of 2015.
