Mary Brienza is the CEO of NYSE Regulations, a not-for-profit corporation founded by the Intercontinental Exchange to enforce exchange rules for its five markets.[1] She was appointed to that position in October 2013. [2]
She was previously executive vice president and general auditor of NYSE Euronext, before it was bought by ICE. She was appointed to that position in 1992.[3]

Before coming to NYSE Euronext, Brienza was the assistant district attorney for New York County from 1987-1992.

Brienza has a B.A. in sociology from College of the Holy Cross, and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
