Matt Gelber is executive in residence at Technology Crossover Ventures. Previously, he was CEO of TradeLink Holdings LLC, a diversified investment, trading and software firm.
He is also president of Bitterroot Asset Management LLC.
In June, 2012, Gelber was appointed as a member of OCC's board of directors.
Gelber joined TradeLink from the NYSE Group, where he headed its derivatives business, leading the acquisition and integration of the Pacific Exchange and Archipelago Holdings.
Before joining the NYSE, he held senior positions at Fidelity, including terms as COO of the firm's capital markets business, and senior vice-president and head trader of its proprietary trading unit. Gelber also worked at Merrill Lynch Specialists, Inc., the Boston Stock Exchange, and Josephthal & Co.
Gelber has served as a director of PCX Holdings Inc., parent of the Pacific Exchange, and on the board of the Options Clearing Corp., as well as working with several nonprofit organizations.
He holds an MBA from the Boston University School of Management and a bachelor's degree in government and economics from Skidmore College.
