Mike Beller
Mike Beller is a technology and proprietary trading executive who serves as the CEO of Thesys Technologies LLC and Tradeworx. He is also the managing partner of Thesys.[1] Thesys, partnered with IBM, Rosenblatt Securities and the law firm Latham & Watkins, won the contract to build the Consolidated Audit Trail, or CAT and Beller serves on the Thesys CAT Advisory Committee.[2][3][4][5] Background[edit]Beller was promoted to the CEO role at Tradeworx after initially serving as the firms' CTO.[6] He was also the co-founder and served as the vice president of technology for PenVision, Inc, where he helped develop software and integrated systems employing wireless communications and handheld computing devices for the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries. He has also served as a member of the technical staff for Bell Communications Research. Education[edit]Beller holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Cornell University and a masters of science degree in electrical engineering from Columbia University.
