Nancy Bohanon is vice president, human resources, at the National Futures Association.[1] She joined the NFA in 1989 and has headed NFA's Human Resources department since 1999. She is responsible for NFA's HR policy and strategy, recruitment and talent management, employee compensation and benefits, employee relations and culture. NFA's board of directors appointed her to the position of vice president, human resources in 2020.

Education[edit]

Bohanon holds a master's degree in human resources and industrial relations from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor's degree in social work from St. Mary's University (MN).
