Richard Bird is a exchange product development executive who serves as the head of product development for CurveGlobal.[1]

Background[edit]

Bird previously work for NYSE Euronext as head of special projects. He was heavily involved in transitioning listed markets of NYSE Euronext's UTP trading platform to the ICE trading platform.

He joined Liffe as a technology development manager and later served NYSE Euronext as head of business analysis and testing.

Bird began his career in listed derivatives when he joined the London Commodity Exchange as a Senior Systems Engineer.
