Rob Flatley is the chief executive officer and founder of TS Imagine. His roles throughout his career include CEO, founder, managing director, and board of director of regulated financial services institutions and financial technology companies. He founded four companies as a technology entrepreneur and was a founding employee of two mathematically/statistically driven trading businesses at bulge bracket financial institutions. He collaborated with Francisco Partners to acquire TradingScreen and Imagine Software, forming TS Imagine in May of 2021.[1]
He was previously the CEO of Netik, is a global provider to the securities industry of financial data management and reporting services and products with operations in North America, Europe, Middle East, South Africa and Asia.
Earlier, he was the global head of electronic execution for the equity asset class at Deutsche Bank Securities. He joined Deutsche Bank from Banc of America Securities, where he was a managing director in electronic trading services, where he oversaw various aspects of Bank of America's expansion into algorithmic trading and direct market access (DMA) for equities and derivatives.[2]
