Rosemary Hollinger
Rosemary Hollinger is a lawyer and former regulatory with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. She served as a deputy director of the CFTC and retired in 2019. She served as the regional counsel for the Chicago office of the CFTC.[1][2][3] Background[edit]Hollinger joined the CFTC in 1986. She has served as the team leader and manager in the Chicago office handing complex enforcement matters for the Division of Enforcement. She has served as a faculty member at various National Institute for Trial Advocacy programs and taught trial advocacy at DePaul College of Law and Loyola University. Before joining the CFTC, she was an associate at the law firm of Levy, Leopold & Associates and a supervising trial attorney at Cabrini-Green Legal Aid Clinic.
