Background[edit]

Before joining OCC, he had more than 20 years experience in his field and previously served as director of qualitative risk analytics - model governance at State Street. He also served in several different roles as model governance and policy leader at GE Capital, director at HedgeMark International and a vice president at Barclays Capital, vice president at Morgan Stanley and vice president at RBS. He was a programmer analyst at Goldman Sachs and assistant treasurer at Bankers Trust.

He also serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Phoenix.

Education[edit]

He earned his bachelor of science degree in finance from the University of Connecticut and a masters degree in systems engineering from the University of Michigan.
