The Singapore Commodity Exchange (SICOM) is a centralized and regulated marketplace for commodity futures to be traded in Singapore. It was renamed in 1994 from the RAS Commodity Exchange, the post-privatization successor of the Rubber Association of Singapore, where Rubber futures have traded since the 1920s[1].
