Thomas P. Anderson
Thomas P. Anderson is Chicago-based exchange traded derivatives and brokerage executive who currently serves as a managing director for business development for Galaxy Digital. Previously, he served as a senior vice president, head of proprietary trading group services and head of sales for Wedbush Futures, the derivatives clearing arm of Wedbush Securities, Inc. He joined the futures commission merchant in June 2015, after spending eight years at ABN AMRO Clearing Chicago.[1] Background[edit]From 2007-2015, Anderson served as chief commercial officer at ABN AMRO Clearing and its forerunner, Fortis Clearing Americas. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years as head of North American sales at ABN AMRO, and sales manager at Daiwa Securities America. He serves as a member of the CME Group FCM Advisory Committee, and also as an exchange traded product (ETP) representative to the NYSE Arca board.[2] Education and Accreditations[edit]Anderson holds a BS in Speech Communication from Southern Illinois University.
