Thomas Reina was chief technology officer of the International Securities Exchange (ISE) from April 1, 2016 until the exchange was acquired by Nasdaq in June 2016.
Background[edit]
Reina joined ISE in 2000 and had 15+ years of prior software development experience. He joined ISE from Citibank, where he designed and developed low-level infrastructure and security components for a large web-based application.
