W. Robert Felker is the chairman of J.P. Morgan Futures Inc., a futures commission merchant (FCM), and is a former chairman of the board of directors of National Futures Association.[1] Felker also serves on the NFA Executive Committee.[2]


Felker was a long-time member of the Futures Industry Association board and served as FIA chairman from 2001 to 2002. He founded First Chicago Futures in 1982 and guided the futures commission merchant through several mergers, first with Bank One, then J.P. Morgan.[3]

In 2011, Felker was re-elected as chairman of the board of the National Futures Association.[4][5]

In 2006, he was inducted into the Futures Industry Association's Futures Hall of Fame on the FIA's 50th anniversary.
