William Boyk
William (Bill) Boyk is a derivatives industry exchange professional. Most recently he was the chief operations officer & chief regulatory officer for Bcause, where he was responsible for developing the regulatory application for a derivatives exchange and a clearing house.[1][2] He is also the former president of exchange operations and chief regulatory officer at The Trend Exchange, which was based in Chicago. [3] He started there in 2009. Background[edit]Boyk was previously senior vice president, operations and compliance, at the Chicago Climate Exchange, from 2004 – 2009. While at that exchange, he designed and implemented the world’s first CO2 emissions compliance and verification program, as well as contributed to the design of ICE-London’s ECX emissions futures and options products.
