Bill Parke is an award winning director of corporate marketing and a financial communications professional.
Parke's responsibilities at the CME Group included corporate advertising and branding, marketing communications and financial public relations.
Before joining the CME Group in 2004, Parke was director of financial communications for Motorola. Additionally, from 1993 to 2000, he was the director of financial management communications for Sears, Roebuck and Company, where he handled financial media relations, the annual meeting and annual reports, corporate advertising and community affairs.
Earlier in his career, Parke was with Ameritech from 1987 until joining Sears in 1993 as head of financial communications.
Among other works, Parke has published The Handbook of Communications in Corporate Restructuring and Takeovers and How Communications Can Help Foster Quality Improvement with the Arthur W. Page Society.
In 2010, Parke was honored along with the CME Group's Pamela Plehn with the IABC Chicago 2010 Communications Skills Awards of Merit in their Bronze Quill Awards.
He holds graduate and undergraduate degrees from Northwestern University.
