Alex Teng is a college student at the University of Illinois in Chicago, studying finance.

He is also an intern with John J. Lothian & Company, Inc. and John Lothian News serving as an associate editor on The Spread video series. He is the host of a show on JLN called Options Discovery.[1]

He is also an intern with with CrossRealms, Intl., as well as a fitness instructor.

Background[edit]

Teng grew up in Downers Grove, Ill. and graduated from Downers Grove North High School.

At the University of Illinois Chicago, Teng is a member of the UIC Finance and Investing Group and the University of Illinois at Chicago Boxing Club.

He was a finance intern with Cenfura and created components of pro forma statements for renewable energy projects and modeled cash flows for long term Solar PV projects in excel.
