Background[edit]
Lammersdorf spent the early part of his career with Dow Jones Market. He also worked at the Deutsche Börse Group for six years before founding a database operator company called Counterparty Link LTD in London.

Lammersdorf graduated from the Technical University of Clausthal with a degree in Physics.
