Daniel Dicker is currently CEO of wealth management group MercBloc after spending over 20 years as a local trader at the New York Mercantile Exchange. He served on various committees at NYMEX and helped development the PJM electricity futures.[1]
In 2006 Dicker ran for chairman of NYMEX when incumbent Mitchell Steinhouse decided not to run for re-election[2] but he lost a three-way race against former chairman Michel Marks and eventual victor Richard Schaeffer.[3]
