Dawn Stump

Dawn Stump is the head of government affairs for the Futures Industry Association (FIA), she is responsible for the industry group's lobbying effort. Stump was appointed to the position on August 23, 2012 and begins serving on September 10, 2012. Prior to this, Stump was a senior vice president at NYSE Euronext,where she was responsible for the derivatives exchange's dealings in Washington D.C.

Before serving at NYSE Euronext, Stump held several staff positions for members of both the House and Senate Agricultural Committees, including as a legislative adviser to the Senate committee's ranking republican, Saxby Chambliss. As a staffer, she assisted with the oversight of the CFTC, the re authorization of the Commodity Exchange Act and the implementation of the Dodd-Frank Act.
