Japan Exchange Group

Japan Exchange Group is the new holding company created by the merger of the Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) and Osaka Securities Exchange (OSX), which took place in January of 2013. The exchanges plan to trade cash equities under the new aegis starting in July 2013. They plan to consolidate derivatives trading, which will remain primarily based in Osaka, by March 2014.
