Josef Schroeter is president of independent software vendor (ISV) CQG.[1][2]He became the organization's president in 2005.


Schroeter began his career as an attorney/mediator with Damas & Associates, a consulting and legal firm.

From 1994 to 1998, Schroeter served as vice president and corporate counsel at Centura Health.

Prior to joining CQG, he worked at Destra Consulting/Josef Schroeter Consulting from 1998 to 2000, an organizational development, change, leadership, and productivity consulting firm.

Schroeter came to CQG in 2000. There he would begin his work by focusing on organizational and business development.


Schroeter has a law degree from University of Colorado at Boulder, which he received in 1991. He received a BA degree from the University of Nebraska.
