Karoline Raets is the chief people officer with Adenza, a position she assumed in August 2021 after the merger of Calypso Technology with AxiomSL.[1]

Background[edit]

Raerts has a diverse background in human resources, internal communications, marketing, public and investor relations, having worked in the Fintech industry for over 20 years. Prior to Calypso/Axiom, she was chief HR officer for Itiviti.

Previously, she served in this capacity with ULLINK.[2] Prior to ULLINK, Raerts was chief HR officer with SunGard/FIS where she was in charge of the company's global talent and performance management.[3] She also spent 10 years as director of Global Communication & Operational Marketing, and then as the chief HR officer with GL Trade.
