Sarah "Sally" Miller is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute of International Bankers (IIB).[1]


Prior to joining IIB in November 2010, Miller served as executive director and general counsel for the ABA Securities Association (ABASA) and senior vice president at the American Bankers Association, an affiliate of ABASA.[2]

Miller also worked in the Division of Corporation Finance and in the Office of the General Counsel at the SEC and served as a director of the International Securities Exchange.. [3] [4]


Miller is a graduate of Boston University and American University's Washington College of Law. She is a member of the D.C. Bar.
