Susan E. Lester

Susan E. Lester serves as an adviser to Pac West Bancorp (PACW), is a member of its board of directors since 2003, and chairs its audit committee.[1] In 2016, Lester joined the board of directors of OCC, where she chairs its audit committee. At OCC's April 29, 2022 stockholder meeting, Lester was elected to a public director term ending in 2025. [2] Background[edit]Previously, Lester served as an adviser to, and member of the board of, Artic Cat Inc. (ACAT). She also was a director with Lender Processing Services Inc. Prior to that, she served as executive vice president and chief financial officer for Homeside Lending, Inc.; a $35 billion production mortgage banking operation and subsidiary of National Australia Bank. Before her role with Homeside Lending, Inc., she was executive vice president and chief financial officer of U.S. Bancorp/First Bank System where she was responsible for management of financial and administrative functions for an $80 billion financial services firm.
